first year last year so stuck mainly round the main stage food stalls, did have a good jamiacan chicken with rice just up from the chill and charge tent, best must of been from the first day, walking round the whole site and getting a massive roast prok and hot apple sauce bagguette, mmmmmmm.
it is one of the things to go for, the food is unbelievable never had such a selection

I had a really lovely plate of 'Mexican' food on the way to the pyramid stage. It was round the back of the stage, and the queue was massive but totally worth the wait. We shared a plate of nachos, chilli, salsa, rice, etc. It was the best.
Worst would have to be any of the breakfast baps. Not for taste, but purely for the price! Ridiculously expensive!

That looks so good!
One of my favourites too, along with the Pauline Fowler "Growler", Noddles with Tempura (?), Pork roll and apple sauce, Mexican, Pieminister, Pealla with the works etc etc.
Don't think I've had a bad one, but I was once told not to eat any curry at Glasto...
Oh and one other thing, any one know what happened to the Garlic Kitchen? Had some really good food from there, I remember having the Garlic bread for the first time, most of the butter rolled down my chin on to my shirt, stank of garlic for the rest of the day/night.
Had lots of room to dance where ever I went that night!

You were lied to my friend! Some of the best meals I've had at Glasto were curries! The Thali stall at the foot of the hill in the Park; the now famous Goan fish curry in West Holts; the Thali stall somewhere in Shangri-la; the curry joint by Yeoman's Bridge (if it's good enough for a Hothouse Flower, it's good enough for me http://www.flickr.com/photos/2265524...7603699285873/)...
Hmmm...
C'mon Lou, grab your coat, we're going for a curry...

I don't know the proper title but it was something like lamb cutlets but they were still attached to a bone so it was like five cutlets together .
It was in the WBC Crew canteen 2007 - I am very slim so they were not expecting me to eat the food and then jump straight back into the queue and buy a second plate { well hand over a staff voucher }
Now it does natter how many festivals I work each year going over more than two decades that was the best meal I have ever had.
At Latitude 2007 it was a local catering Company who had taken frozen roast chicken and boiled them - I went nuts .
I understand why they did that - as it was quicker and took less staff but still they had enough staff they could have defrosted them rather than boiling them - they never got the contract in 2008 so not a smart move.
