Default What are you looking forward to most?
What is the main thing/s you are wanting to see and do this year?

For me it's seeing the Chemical Brothers on the Saturday night and also going to the late night areas (Shangri-La etc.) as they didn't exist last time I went to Glastonbury which was way back in the late '90's.

It was the same year (1999?) that a white transit van drove through the crowd at the end of the Super Furry Animals set. Anyone remember that? Was very bizarre.

Also looking forward to just wandering round aimlessly and seeing what random mentalness I stumble across.

Limiting my choices to three it would be:
-Just sorta ambling around looking for all that random stuff I aint ever found before
-Paul Simon on pyramid on sunday as hes a legend and wanted to see him for ever
-Shy FX and Ragga twins at shangri la on the saturday night

I haven't got a definate agenda for who I want to see, so will mostly be ambling. Although I do want to see QOTSA/Pendulum/Chemicals/Brit Floyd but apart from that, I'm just EXCITED!

Seeing Primal Scream doing Screamadelica, Arcadia's firey spider, the feeling of being lost somewhere very different in the late night areas, pottering through the green fields, but most of all finding or seeing something unexpected, new and wonderful .

Need to do that this year. I was so paranoid last year about being tired because I was starting a new job on the Tuesday that I wasn't quite myself.

All change this year

Dreadzone were the first band I went to see at my first "proper" Glastonbury, and they have set the tone for my whole Glasto experience!

Saw Primal Scream in Manchester a month or two ago. They were excellent there too. Especially the blinding (literally) ending. That was just nuts Yeah they are the other act apart from the Chems that I most want to see...

...and the KLF as special guests?

haha as if.

I'm also looking forward to getting my ticket. As I won my ticket through Yeo Valley I've been emailing (flirting) with the woman from there discussing how much free yoghurt shes going to give me. She also reckons shes got us some fancy dress to wear. Its going to be funny to see just how quick she wants to get us away from her stall when we actually roll up fucking leathered and generally being weird.

Other than that I am looking forward to psychadelic saturday and eating a tin of beans with sausages in when I havent eaten for 3 days.
