West Campervan fields closed???

I've just heard via efests that the West side campervan fields have been closed.

Can anyone confirm this?

They will fix it in time I am sure as they know it will be a massive headache other wise.... Positive thoughts and fingers crossed!

I have just had an email from Glasto office.
To confirm things:
They had to close due to floods but they have re-opened them today!
There is still a lot if water/mud on site.

Like I said in my earlier post - the fields are open again today as the rain has stopped.
Keep an eye on the weather - all will be revealed tomorrow I'm sure - I would expect them to relocate if things get much worse.

Sure I am not the only one on here heading there tomorrow-will just tune it to Worthy FM as I get near the site and go wth the flow-I am sure they will find us a home

Will do-have to nurse Scooby (my 35 year old T2 Camper) for about 4-5 hours to get there from Deepest Essex-but will definitely keep everyone posted-should be there about 3ish

I feel for you! Something I know too well. Last year we travelled down in an early bay, broke down sooooo many times it was unreal - the samba and ghia stay at home for such festivals - we're glamping it up in a 1978 caravan haha!

any update on the west side camper field? anyone there yet who can confirm if im going to get stuck in the mud with my caravan??
