U2 confirmed for Glastonbury 2010!

We're very pleased to confirm that U2 will headline the Pyramid Stage on Friday night at Glastonbury 2010.

Said Michael Eavis, "The 26-year-old rumour has finally come true. At last, the biggest band in the world are going to play the best festival in the world! Nothing could be better for our 40th anniversary party. And there are even more surprises in the pipeline..."

Pretty huge news, although im not a massive fan i hope they just do the classics as it'd be good to tick them off the list. I just hope they dont try and change the pyramid stage to one of their OTT stages...that would ruin it.

Im just looking forward to hearing the others now......U2 for the friday? What will Saturday and Sunday bring :-)

Ive seen Muse they were so good - even thou it was peeing it down and i had a terrible hangover lol!
