Traffic on thursday evening

Hey, due to work commitments I can't get to the festival till thursday evening. What's the traffic like about 7pm on the thursday? I'll be coming from the south (Taunton).

Not sure whether to go A38, A361, A39 .. or .. M5 up to junct 23 then along the A39. Probably just take the A roads.
