Is there any way of leaving the site on the Friday night?

I will need to get from the festival to London on the Friday night. Does anyone know if there will be any coaches leaving the site on the friday night? Or I guess I could take a train...is the train station easy to get to?

the eastern national coaches stop running on friday, and start on sunday, so you will have to get a train.

There are shuttle buses that run from the festival bus station to the rail station. I would give a good 2 hours to get there as they are a little unpredictable.
