Sad and Fed up!

It's going to be christmas day before whatme and myself get another day off together, I have to do ALL the christmas shopping on my own as he is in London for the weekend, may have to recruit our responsible adult to help.
Bought 2 pressies in total so lots and lots to do and lots of money we don't have needs spending.
Trying to look on the bright side and its not easy
Even when I think of the wages in Jan the tax man pops up and ruins it!

But I know the feeling - you always wish you could do/buy more for your loved ones, and now the kids are older it's not quite the same since they stopped believing in Santa!

Hang in there - 6 days to the darkest day - then we are on the run down to June and imagine if you hadn't got the Glasto tickets!

I forgot about winter solstice. The days get longer, yay. And yes I suppose I got my christmas pressie early in october!

Yay, massive update! Whatme is coming home from his weekend away a day early. ETA 9 or 10ish sunday night so we get to spend monday together, mmmmm Christmas is going to come early for someone!
