Registration Number Cock Up!

My friend registered months ago for Glasto, when she got her registration through, she thought it odd that it said it would expire on 1st July 2009 when she had received the e mail on 19th August! So she thought it was an auto e mail typo and ignored it...

When she tried to buy tickets today, she kept getting the response that the confirmation number is invalid!

Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, any advice? She's been trying to get through all day to no avail...

I was trying to get myself and my wifes' tickets but it would not accept my wifes' number or post code.So i have ended up with one ticket.My wife has contacted seetickets and they have said there was no problem with her registration details.

I had the same issue with my husband registration. We both registered at the same time last year, my registration went through and his didnt so now he hasn't got a ticket which is very upsetting. Seetickets is telling us that his registration wasn't valid, even though we have the email saying the registration is valid and mine went through. Very frustrating!
