Default Refund Advice Needed!
Suddenly hit with a bit of a dilemma!

Got an email from the old crew I worked as a volunteer with back between 97 & 05 about volunteering this year! They had emailed a lot earlier in the year, and I'd replied giving a couple of conditions of me working again (live-in vehicle pass & early pass to get in early). But as I had thought this a bit cheeky wasn't too surprised when I heard no more, especially as different organiser now so wouldn;t know how much of an ass(et) I'd be to the team. Thought fair enough so went & got a ticket!

Well, got an email tonight asking why I hadn't got back with the 'booking' form, and responded I hadn;t heard back about campervan/early pass so assumed not needed/wanted. They responded quickly saying the passes would be no problem! Whoooooop de f********g Whoooop!

Getting the ticket money back is going to be quite a bonus, money is pretty damn tight at the moment!

So, how do I go about getting a refund and how much would I get refunded? Also, as got a campervan ticket, will this be refunded too? And as a far out question, as I am 'canceling' my ticket, u think it at all possible that I can maybe see about officially transferring them to a named person who didn't get a ticket?

No chance of transferring and I doubt they will let you keep the Campervan pass once you cancel your ticket, just ring See before May 6th and you get back your money less booking fees ect, nice scam they have is if you have more than one ticket you have to re book the others and they charge another lot of booking fees, still I guess they deserve it for the excellent service they give

...speaking of which......

..... no sign of deposit being refunded that I'd paid for my ex! She did say she hadn't paid balance, does this lack of refund on the deposit mean she has?
