Parking in West for Park Home ground?

Hi there,

This year we are camping with a different set of friends so will be camping in Park Home ground. As we are coming from Hampshire, i'm guessing that we'll end up in the east car parks, but i'm assuming that in an ideal world the west car parks will be better in terms of distance to travel with all our kit? If so, can anyone tell me how to get to the west carparks in terms of a driving route or sat nav post cade? Or are we just stuck with the east car parks and a very long walk?!

Hi, we come from Hampshire too and last year thought exactly the same thing, thought we'd end up in the east but somehow managed to get to the west.

Anyhooo, I have no idea about getting there from our direction but apparently it involves going around the houses into Glastonbury or something.

Someone who knows what they're talking about will put me right in a minute.

I am thinking i will probably try this route:

M3
A303
A36 to Frome
A361 to Sheptn Mallet
A371 to Wells
A39 to Glastonbury
A361 to Pilton

Has anyone ever tried this? I will only my parking ticket on my window once we are nearly there (although i still have last years in the window so i may well give the game away!!!)
