Default I know its really late...
Ok, me and 9 friends were supposed to be getting festival tickets through working for the local carnival clubs this year. They've had to cut their numbers and so we found other clubs to work for. Today I found out they've cut their numbers AGAIN and 2 of my friends no longer have a ticket.

So there is no possible way of them getting a ticket now because all the tickets have been bought.

I'm posting on here in the desperate hope that somebody can help and let me know of some way, any way that they can still get into the festival (I know how late on it is and how extremely unlikely this is)

Thanks anyway

its pushing it but check out the info I have on my site http://www.wbc-team.co.uk/fest-jobs.html

I do know that last year a few people joined a waiting list and they were not expecting to hear anything as it was the start of May but they still were lucky

- I think they send out a notice ' to everyone ' and its whoever is quick enough to snatch up the places so it does mean watching the inbox.

thank you so much, at the moment this is really my best hope of getting my friends in other than entering every ticket competition I can find!

I do know that some people covered their bets by applying for both EJF and Shelter and some of them were accepted for both so they wanted to know which it would be better to work with as they have been in touch with me - in fact its six and half a dozen as they are both working for Avalon Bars and Events -

At this stage if it was me I would opt for EJF waiting list mainly because its possible to include relevant details where Avalon were just after a name and e-mail address.

At the end of the day its all luck being in the right place at the right time.
