Introduce yourself
I reckon a new forum needs an introduction thread, so here you go.
My name is Mandy and I live in the North East. I went to my first Glastonbury this year and I'm hooked and very keen to go back in 2010.

Hi Mandy & everyone else.
First Glasto was either 2002 or 2003, apologies memory is not wonderful. Have been taking my son since he was 5 and he's now 11.
First band I ever saw at Glasto was The Darkness opening the Pyramid stage on the Friday morning. Best band that year was definately Damien Rice with Lisa Hannigan. Best band ever at Glasto for me was Biffy Clyro.
Even the couple of shocking years of weather, Glasto was still the best week of my year.

Hello all.
My first Glasto was 1998, been to every one since with the exception of 2002.
After being in Pennards in 2005, I bought a 'van and have never looked back, even if it does mean climbing the Hill Of Death every day...

Hi, I'm Chris (or Mou) and I'm a Glastoholic. Does anyone feel like these intro threads start sounding like the opening of an AA meeting?
First year was 2004, been every year since. I'm a bit of a serial photographer at festivals and I tend to mail them back to Flickr while I'm there (am I the only person on O2 who had reception this year?) so its possible you've seen a few of my photos scattered about on various news sites over the past few years.
So yeah. I've admitted I have an addiction. Thats the first step, right?

Hi
I'm SParky
If you've been around on other forums I am djsparky on the old Virtual Festivals Boards (not been on there in a while) and SParky on VloodyCloody as well as my own site.....am I allowed to say here Mr. GlastoWatch?
I've been going to Glastonbury since 2004, and have attended every one since
Looking forward to T-day.
I might not be around on here much, trying to keep off forums, but can also help answer Glastonbury Related Questions, so if I'm not around, you can PM me

Hey H4C
I met you in 2004, it was at a board meet at the jazz field (we think, lost a few brain cells over the years) My fella Matty opened you baccy tin upside down and the beloved contents went everywhere, you still went back to your tent for us. Many thanks lol.
we had a shared forum account under the name whatMe.

Helloooooooooooooooooooo!
Hi all!
Some of you who are on Twitter and were at Twisto will know me as Steamrunner. The rest of you (the more sensible bunch, probably) can alternatively use Scott. I've only done Glasto twice, in 2008 and 2009. I'm hoping 2010 will complete my first trilogy...

Hi, my name is Richard (most call me Rich). I was a Glasto virgin in 2009 loved it and hoping to get tickets again for 2010 (alarm set for Sunday morning). I found Glasto to be the best festival experience I've had apart from the hill of death and then long walk back to the van every night.
Oh and I'm another Yorkshire person so - ehy up

I remember the Glastofest site. Well, I remember various searches on Google bruoght your site up with a "This website may damage your computer" warning! I actually created an account to try and let you know, but couldn't find contact details anywhere on the site. Did you get that sorted in the end?

Hey guys,
I'm Maddie from Bristol town, been going to Glasto for the past 2 years but have been raised on the obsession since birth pretty much. I can't wait until next year, am planning on using it to celebrate the end of my A Levels!

Hey man, yeah I got hacked basically. My blog had to be completely restarted as a conseqence, I lost all my archives, and consequently all my link back to my sites. I seem to have recovered ok, but If I wouldn't have been hacked I think my site would be pretty popular right now.
Shame but life's a bitch.
