Default How the site is looking

It seems some folks on Twitter have been posting pictures from past Festivals, passing them off as 2011 photos and saying that the site is currently a mudbath. It really isn't - although it is wet underfoot and we do advise you bring wellies and waterproofs. To see how the site is actually looking right now, check out the BBC's live webcam.

Hi
This is an open letter which I hope (somehow) reaches the organisers of Glastonbury!
My girlfriend has had to fly back to Australia due to her father being gravely ill, and I am due to head back to support the family in the next few days, leaving us unable to attend Glastonbury this year! We are extremely shattered at the situation (missing our first Glasto) but nothing we can do about it - family is family.. And despite my emails and calls the people at GLASTONBURY and SEE TICKETS showed not one ounce of compassion or respect for our situation, it leaves us unable to attend and well out of pocket.. We understand that ticket insurance is there but who can honestly expect a situation like this to arise the week prior to the festival, so all I am after is some advice on what I can do to try get the cost of the ticket refunded.. Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks for your time

I think the original post you replied to is a direct stream from the website. It seems you have done all you can from your post.
