Not bad thanks. Waiting till the start of the year to decide on a replacement festival for next year. Haven't a clue at the moment which one to go for.

It is quiet around here isn't it?!
Lou and I are very well thank you. Had a not-very-relaxing but hugely enjoyable holiday in France with Lou's family (one of me, 17 of them...) and a few gigs to keep things ticking over. Saw John Cooper Clarke at the Jazz Cafe a couple of weeks ago and off to see Seasick Steve on Thursday at the Hammersmith Odeon.
And yes, we're in talks about next year's festival activity. We have a short list we're working through, but no decisions yet.
Other than that, lots of late nights at work and lots of early mornings to watch the Rugby World Cup - looking forward to a lie-in one day soon.
Bought a new scanner the other day and have started scanning my old Glastonbury photos so might add them to Flickr soon.
Anyway, a big hello to all you Glastowatchers from me 'n' Lou Less than a year to go until we'll all be on here again in force!

Evening all not seen it this quiet in a long time
My self and me mum are very good, her getting close to finishing her Phd and me 'working hard' in my final year of collage
Had a very good day on Sunday with the football result (not that some of you will care but i'm still grining ear to ear ) and started my first job £££££
I keep looking back on all my glasto stuff, pictures, videos etc and thinking that 2 years is far to long to wait, will probably be heading to beathearder and bestival next summer in between trips to soundwave in croatia and benicaseem in spain i come into some money
Anyway hope your all as good as me and have a gooden until we speak again, much love xx

Hello exstockwellgooner & everybody else.
Wow, haven't posted on here (although I've visited from time to time) since July!!
Been very busy during the summer, had just a day at Hop Farm (nice & sunny) went to Latitude festival (wet & muddy, muddiest it's ever been!!), saw Portishead at Ally Pally (amazing but indoors so stayed dry!), (whispering this one.....went to V festival, got drenched once!!) and finally Harvest at Jimmy's (nearly got blown away by the wind). Not had the best weather at anything really but still had a great time.
We are probably going to give Hop Farm a go next year for the full 3 days and more than likely Latitude again. Trying to decide whether to spend all the holiday allowance on festivals rather than going somewhere abroad, just can't stand airports these days, drive me nuts!! Would love to go to Bestival but you can't take towed vehicles so that rules out the caravan - shame!
All very quiet at home with both youngsters at Uni but off to visit youngest shortly, been really missing her this last week
Hope all the glastowatch forum folk are well and happy in these bleak "no glasto til 2013 times"

Yeah, fine thanks exstockwellgooner. Occasionally see if anything's going on here but generally try to avoid thinking about Glasto cos I miss it so much when it doesn't happen. Or should I say, miss all the staff, colleagues and punters that I only ever see at Glasto.
Have thought about trying other festivals but surely there can only be one ...
See you in 2013, best wishes to all.

after not getting a ticket for 2011 managed to get a job working the gaymers cider bar-will never be able to face another cider again (or even anything with apple or pear in it)
back to work in liverpool and the old routine etc.
hope everyone else is ok
keep forgetting that there isn't anything happening in 2012 and remembering homer simpson "doh" style-is anyone else doing this?
started writing diary of my first glasto in 2010 just as something to keep as a memeory-this grew and grew until it was 45,000 words plus so self-published it as a kindle book(bit of a plug but not meant to be -if anyones got a kindle search for Turn Left at the Womble) -the book re 2011 would be shorter and consist of only a few words mud, rain, cider, mud rain, mud, mud.the end.
will keep posting on the forum-seems a shame to only wait until next October

Hi All
Yeah, life ambles along.......... Like Mrs Bee, haven't posted anything in ages but keep checking the forum, normally first thing when I get to work (like this morning ) nice to see some posts!!!!
Not sure if we will go another festival next year, might check what the Eden Sessions have on next year (I know it's not a "festival" but I quite fancy it) as we are only a few hours away.
Take care all...... only 11 months to ticket release and just over 19 months to "the event"!!
 Roll on 2013
