Exclamation Guaranteed Glastonbury 2010 tickets scam
There's a certain website out there that claims it can guarantee you 2010 tickets, don't fall for it, it's a scam.

Before you can put your name on their ticket list, you have to complete a survey, the website gets paid for each completed survey.

This is the text from the page.

Glastonbury 2010 Tickets
To get guaranteed Glastonbury 2010 Tickets you must fill in a short survey then submit your details on the following page.
Spend £3,000 at Tesco!
Want Free Ugg Boots?
Want a New MacBook?

This page will automatically unlock when you have completed this survey.
If this Survey is taking too long, Try another survey.

The website in question has "2010" in it's domain, so it's obviously a fly by night operation.

3rd party sites cannot guarantee you a ticket, the best they can do is increase your chances of getting one by informing you when tickets go on resale.

the reg numbers and pics on tickets seem to have helped massively with touts. a few years ago some forums had dedicated teams that searched ebay everyday and reported sellers who then had thier tickets cancelled, doesnt seem to be much of that nowadays.
its a shame people dont listen though when you tell them there is only ONE place you can buy them.

I've ignored that kind of thing for a long time, but I can see how some more naive people will fall for it. What can we do though, all the information is out there, never ever buy from anywhere but the official outlets, or you are going to lose all your money and you won't get into the festival.
