going it alone first time n could do with some advise

hey guys i was suppose to be going glasto with a friend of mine but at the moment the situation with him looks pretty damn flaky to say the least and I really don't wanna throw my ticket down the drain. So it looks like I might be doing it alone! I've been to a good couple of festivals before but sadly never to glasto so if anyone around my age being 17 want's to meet up at any point that would be really cool or likewise has any advise for me also cool beans!

p.s even if he does come he wont be around on saturday so im defo free then

Dont waste your ticket. You will have an amazing time even on your own. It's the friendliest place imaginable. I suggest you have a good look thru all the posts on this forum. There are loads of people going alone who are in the same boat as you. Send them PM's and someone will meet up with you. Either way you will make new friends. Talk to the people camped round you and u will instantly have new mates. Come to the meet at Brothers Bar 2pm Thursday. If you can find me with my 'MART 44' t-shirt I will buy you a pint
