Just thought I'd better check the sack trucks and found tires flat. No problem I thought I'll just pump them up with one of those pumps you plug into the car ciggie lighter, big bang tire burst Now then what's plan B?!!?
Anyone else any mishaps?

The trouble is, yes we all need the 'mid week training' and the excitement doesn't help. We keep drinking wine and cider and rolling fags, like we're going into some kind of endurance test.

Went camping on Wednesday to check the tent & smoked too much of my 'herbal' tobacco.

4 nightshifts to do then bring it on....!!!

Mine had weathered and I was worried that they could burst if a rock or something got through the gap and punctured the inner tube. So I ordered some new ones from a company called KMS Direct for about a tenner (to replace both wheels/tyres), and they were delivered the next working day.

Still time if you need to do the same.

I feel like my preparation is going well.. though, I still need a roll mat/matress/something to sleep on..
Pilliow
Booze
A little bit of food...

And, various other bits and bobs!

But, I feel like i'm on top of it all, there is 3 days to get the stuff, on Tuesday I will worry about things (normally checking if I have my ticket 300 times before I leave!)

I've got coconut shells! And a hawaiian grass skirt - all from Hawaii (how odd). Defo need Pat earrings to match.

Well i thought it would be a good idea to do some preroling. Now I have a massive box that i will probably end up having on the first day after a couple of ciders. Rookie mistake I feel. I was just too excited not to!

I made the mistake of taking my 9.99 LiDL wheelie bag to Tesco last weekend just in case they had the Brothers' offer still going.

The festival strength cider wasn't on display with the rest of the cans on that offer (although strongbow and magners were), but turned out to be hidden in with the "ordinary" cans of cider.

I can now confirm that the LidL bag isn't quite up to carrying 36 cans, and that a Brothers' Festival strength cider can will burst quite effectively if it bears the brunt of the bag it's in falling over.

But the real damage has been the one or two cans a night since then.

Still, I wasn't going to try and bring it all down with me, anyway....

Found it! After some digging in the cupboard I found it and decided to put it on and see how water proof it was by standing at the sink and running the tap on it, it's so waterproof that the water was 'pooling' in one place and ended up all over the kitchen floor.

Then when I took it off, I put another bloody hole in it! I don't think it will last long

I went to check if our hotel for Tuesday night was pre-paid or not and found that I'd actually managed to book it for 21st February rather than 21st June. Luckily they had one room left for next week, has cost me £50 extra though...

Just nearly had a dog incident-got a panicky phone call 15 minutes ago to say one of our dogs had gone missing-rushed over to the fields where we walk our dogs -only to find it wasn't missing-my wife hadn't let it out of the car
