Just got brought right back down to earth with a massive kick in the b*ll*cks ... My wife's mum passed away last week and everything is now very uncertain.

Gonna leave things until after the funeral at the end of this week and see how she feels in a few weeks ... Then make the final decision.

I think that it would be a great way to try and move on, but obviously I'm leaving the final decision to Sam.

There really are massive highs and lows aren't there? ... The euphoria of getting the two tickets in the final mini resale on the Tuesday night ... Then this ...

That's so sad. Just so you know, we're all thinking of you and Sam

Oh, how sad for you both. Not a great time whenever it happens. My Mother-in-law died just before we were due to go on holiday 10 years ago but we did go a week after the funeral. It actually was the best thing to do for all concerned, especially our children. You will grieve for a long time but doing something you enjoy will help to numb/heal those feelings, even temporarily. Good luck with all the arrangements etc.
