Think I have just had the best weekend ever!!! Cant get over the friendliness of everyone - the ones who helped with the tents, and those who told us to leave the main path and sneak into the camping fields and find a gap. It has been one hell of an experience and we shall never forget it! My daughter and her friend were really safe and I was happy for them to do their own thing while I did mine! I was really happy with the campsite security and crew wandering about (we were in Bushy Mead and nothing was stolen near us!). Ear plugs were a godsend at night. Best of all I got on the telly during Scissor Sisters - my son saw me from home and said "you looked a bit rough mum!"
Took lots of tips from this forum, particularly the Cider Buses.
