Default Car Park
So what does everyone think about the car parks opening on the Tuesday night?? Is it just going to cause a massive cue of people at the gates leading up to them opening on Wednesday morning?

It's better to have a massive queue of people waiting at the gates, than a massive queue of cars with their engines running and blocking local traffic waiting to get into the car parks for hours.

It's better to be parked in a car park than the road!

It's a great idea.

I'd second that - after spending 4-5 hours driving down from Cumbria, last thing I wanted to see was traffic backed up on the M5, knowing that it'd be like that all the way to our destination!

Do you think it'll be something of a 'party' atmosphere for those who turn up early? Will it be stewarded the same as on-site during the festival 'proper'?

They've said there'll be extra security and medical staff onsite, but I don't know to what extend it'll be stewarded. Whatever happens, I'm sure there will be a bit of a part atmosphere in the car parks as there's no way they'll be able to suppress everyone's excitement.
