Car Park Sticker Not Sent

Hia,

This will be my 3rd Glastonbury and we have always travelled by car and the car park sticker has always been sent out with our tickets as they were all paid for at the same time - apart from this year!
The sticker payment shows up on the receipt but it is not in the envelope. I have tried contacting seetickets by their customer service emails and by phone but have had no reply and have not been able to get through on the phones. I've also tried to contact DX but again have not been able to get through on the phones.
Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas on who to contact/when etc?! Would be much appreciated!

Contact seetickets via 0844 412 4626 opt 1 them wait till someone answers (Glasto hotline) then tell them no Car park ticket last year they sent them out via royal mail in the end

I also ordered a car park ticket after we paid the balance. Not had them yet but sent an email to see tickets today. I think they will come out in the normal mail as they don't get you entry to the festival and who in their right mind would just go stay in the carpark lol

I'm not worried in the slightest, but saying that we do have 2/3 we need and I have my tickets for the festie.

I'm in!

I had exactly the same problems with see tickets last year.The main tickets arrived ok but not the car park which I had paid for at the time of booking.It took 3 days off and on ringing see tickets to get anywher including taking a day off work to get it sorted.Many promises were made by seetickets that I would get them but on ringing back eg an hour later they had no record of the call or fobbed me off.In the end I did mange to get them but they only arrived on the Monday afternoon and we were all swaeting on them.All I can suggest is that you keep on at seetickets and don't assume what you have been told is right.Keep ringing back to check.Keep a note of who you speak to and the times you called.Just be paranoid!

I've just spoken to them now and the guy said it should be with my by this time next week - although I've made a note of the details just in case!

Just panicked a bit as I didn't remember the CP ticket being in the envelope!

But a quick check behind the TV and there it is, praise the lord, panic over...
