Bottles in campers?

I've just spotted in the T&C's that no bottles or glass are allowed in, in the motorhomes. Is it likely the motorhomes will be searched & bottles confiscated?

Yes - there is a quick check of all campervans and some checks will be extensive

So do you think they would confiscate pyrex cooking dishes & wine glasses for example?

Definitely leave the wine glasses at home. Ditto any food in jars. Hide the pyrex well if you have no suitable alternatives.
