Best Route in from North West?

Hi all - nearly there! Sorry if this is an old question but any thoughts on the best way into the East car parks from the North West?

Am thinking M5 to Bristol then M32 and A37? Or should I stay on the M5 and cut across from Bridgewater?

Have been told that I may be better approaching from the east - say from Andover?

Going down Tuesday evening by the way - haven't told the kids they'll be sleeping in the car yet...

Depending on what time you get to the Bristol area you should be OK with the M32 and A37 plan. You don't want to be coming through Bristol before 10 PM I would have thought.

Have you got Sat Nav? If so It should give you alternative routes....

I wouldn't go down the M5 to Bridgewater though as you'll prob end up in the west car parks at the end of the A39.

by the time we get to brizzol there should be nice an empty roads,then down a37 onto blue route,camping in cock meadow
