If I wasn't in such a good mood, you'd have been the first person barred from here for asking that!

delete away, I just couldn't resist doing it, it was never meant in any seriousness
(I don't actually like football all that much (shock horror, a man that doesn't like football?))

I'm not a football fan either, though it's good that they're showing it as it'll mean there'll be less crowds wherever I am at the time, and hopefully most of the flags will go with them.

BTW I wasn't being serious in my previous post.

Maybe if theres a major England game that weekend.

I thought England vs Portugal a few years ago was a nice touch. Would have been better if we'd won though.

I hope they find a better place to screen the football than they did with the Rugby this year- it was a nightmare trying to get to Jazz World that way.

im sure i read that it was a record breaker for a live audience outside of a stadium for a football match, that was the year that i was disgusted with oasis for a very poor set, the year i discovered vodka slush puppies and the year i fell asleep during scissor sisters.

Doubt they'll show the weekend game just at the cinema tent, would either be on a big stage or not at all

Good news about the Wednesday though

I think football totally goes against the spirit of glasto. The whole point of having games like frisby is that they arnet competitive. Those are the games we want to see.
