are credit cards accepted?

Im lucky enough to have a ticket for glasto but will be trying in the resale for two mates. I seem to remember that they asked for a debit card when i payed for my ticket, but my mate wants to use a credit card. Is my memory right? or do they accept credit cards afterall?

He may 'Want' to use his credit card, and I can understand that with cash being tight here this month too! But I don't think they will be allowing them as too much chance of them being bounced, refunded, etc which is why they do state debit cards only on the payment of balances so I can't see it being any different on resale day.

Imagine it, you get lucky enough to get through to the booking page where you can add your payment details & then get bounced out because it won't accept CC's? Would you risk that disappointment??

ahh thought so, yeah i'll have to get them to sort some money out on their debit cards. Cheers for comfirming it

u can not use a credit card mate thay jus wont allow it

i got thro last year and had my CC ready but they would'nt except it....thank god i was down my parents and they coughed-up or i would have lost them

That happened to us in 2005 or 6 ish (memory is fuzzy) It was the very wet one before 2007. They said the would be accepting Visa Electron so we just left the money in my account (Electron....) We got through to the ticket page very quickly to add insult to injury. And it just got refused. Gutted isnt the word.
