tickets via a 3rd party no car parking ticket arrived
our complaint letter send yesterday!
I would like to make a complaint, it is now 7 days until Glastonbury and our tickets have not been officially sent, however our tickets have been sent to an address in London and have been forwarded to us by a third party. This is unacceptable and a breach of data protection, sending my tickets, address and photograph to another person. Although our tickets are in hand via a third party we are still without a car parking ticket and require this ASAP. I spoke to a representative last week who informed me that our tickets are yet to be dispatched, when they were sat with me on my sofa! This is totally unacceptable. I am nervous that we will not receive our car parking ticket on time and would appreciate this is resolved ASAP. I also have concerns that the tickets I have in hand may not be valid as far as your company seems to be concerned we are yet to have tickets dispatched to us. I would like some assurance that the tickets we have in hand will be valid. This situation has left us out of pocket after waiting for 35 minutes on hold to speak to a representative. I am also concerned that it is only 7 days until the event starts and if tickets come recorded delivery, if missed, they will not arrive in time. I am very disappointed in the service received by your company and would like some answers
Still no phone call or email explaining what has gone on.................
