Default Anyone not got tickets yet?
Yo! Anyone not got their tickets yet?? We got a message saying sent by secure delivery on 12th may and a further email on 25th may saying due to sheer volume of tickets blah blah etc they would be delivered soon. Just gone onto the see tickets site and it now says they have been returned by the courier to see tickets. All my friends have had the same messages too!! Anyone know of any problems etc and when we likely to get them?

There is another thread somewhere about the traumas of not having received tickets yet. Someone more technically clued up will probably come along and add it soon.

Cheers. Have spoken to see tickets and basically most people in the wirral/ merseyside/ n wales and other northern areas not got tickets yet. DX could not gurantee delivery on time (even though they have had them for 4 weeks!) so they have been sent back to see tickets. See tickets expect to receive them back in the office in the next 2 days and they are getting sent out by royal mail special delivery instead. Lady said should have them by next weekend. Hope so! What a farse but sounds like a lot of ppl in the same boat!

Default Ticket delivery
Hi,
I'm in the same boat. I live in North Wales and we always receive our tickets by royal mail rather than a delivery service. I've never signed for glasto tickets, they just seem to appear through the letterbox. I must say I've never waited this long for delivery before. You'd think Seetickets wouldn't bother wasting time in usind DX for deliveries to North Wales and North West England.

still no tickets for us on the wirral keep getting told they will be delivered by 1o'clock tomorrow numerous calls to see and still the same reply .AAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHH.

I live in France and I just got my glastonbury coach tickets yesterday. I'm assuming my festival tickets will be given at the end of the trip...

promaniuc with the coach tickets, i think u get your propper ticket when your on the coach, im also getting a coach and all i've got is a coach ticket, so thats what im thinking

What a nightmare - its less than a week now and still no tickets? That's a bit pants. Sure they will turn up but what a rubbish service its been for some.

Default tickets via a 3rd party no car parking ticket arrived
our complaint letter send yesterday!

I would like to make a complaint, it is now 7 days until Glastonbury and our tickets have not been officially sent, however our tickets have been sent to an address in London and have been forwarded to us by a third party. This is unacceptable and a breach of data protection, sending my tickets, address and photograph to another person. Although our tickets are in hand via a third party we are still without a car parking ticket and require this ASAP. I spoke to a representative last week who informed me that our tickets are yet to be dispatched, when they were sat with me on my sofa! This is totally unacceptable. I am nervous that we will not receive our car parking ticket on time and would appreciate this is resolved ASAP. I also have concerns that the tickets I have in hand may not be valid as far as your company seems to be concerned we are yet to have tickets dispatched to us. I would like some assurance that the tickets we have in hand will be valid. This situation has left us out of pocket after waiting for 35 minutes on hold to speak to a representative. I am also concerned that it is only 7 days until the event starts and if tickets come recorded delivery, if missed, they will not arrive in time. I am very disappointed in the service received by your company and would like some answers

Still no phone call or email explaining what has gone on.................
