Twitter is saying that coach/ticket combos still available, but just tickets sold out :-(

4 of us on 8 laptops/phones trying to get through!!

I managed to get in put details in and pay then it crashed b4 the confirmation screen came up.

Got in again and it said our reference numbers couldn't be found!! No email yet so hopefully the deal has gone through?

How long b4 the confirmation email comes through? (if it does?)

do they only give the tickets out if you take the coach? could you buy the combo but not get on the coach or no?

Default JUST HAD THE WORST LUCK - CAN THE POWERS THAT BE HELP ME?!
Well, after sitting through the entire main sale and entire resale I am still ticketless All of my friends have tickets to the festival, and me and my friend Aaron are the only ones left without a ticket. We're totally gutted and our friends are all gutted for us too! Yet I feel genuinely hard done by - see the (abridged) email I just sent to SeeTickets below:

Afraid I am very, very hacked off with the Glastonbury resale today! I was on the site from before 9am right up until tickets sold out. I got through to the booking page when there were only "ticket and coach" options left. My nearest pickup point is Liverpool so I selected 2 festival tickets and 2 coach tickets for Liverpool, departing Thursday at 9:30am. I entered all my card details correctly and pressed the submit button. After about 10 seconds of "processing" the transaction (i.e. the very last step) I got a weird error message saying remain=0, sell_to=0 despite the fact there were definitely coach tickets left when I accessed the page 30 seconds previously (THE NUMBER IN THE COACH TICKETS BOX DEFAULTED TO 2: THESE SHOULD HAVE BEEN RESERVED FOR MY TRANSACTION SESSION - BASIC I.T. SYSTEMS PRACTICE AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED). This is extremely frustrating and annoying when the transaction was going through legitimately and should have been successful. No problem I thought, I'll try other times and locations. But despite trying EVERY other combination for Liverpool and Manchester, when I tried to submit the page it would not let me type in the coach tickets box - saying that coach tickets were sold out, despite festival tickets being still available. The coach tickets box was unamendable and stuck on zero. So when I entered my card details I got an error back saying "The number of coach tickets requested does not match the number of persons for the transaction" (or words to that effect), so these bookings didn't go through either. In desperation I even tried a few London departures but to no avail. So then I saw all the remaining festival tickets had been snapped up too, and I nearly smashed my computer up in a fit of pique!


Is there any hope here? It's bitterly disappointing and I also think it's unacceptable to be honest. I have screen grabs of the offending pages which I've forwarded to SeeTickets.

I have the same problem neil. When i got through to submit payment it crashed, then i got through again and it wouldn't accept the ref numbers so hopefully i got the 3 tickets i was after. It really is a farce.

This is more or less what happened to us, put in 2 for tickets and then reg nos etc. We were surprised to get to end and find no tickets available message as if you have requested 2 tickets they should be available and reserved until the transaction is complete (I'm no IT expert but this seems a little obvious to me). We added a campervan ticket (this option was available at the time), maybe that's where the system couldn't cope as, in effect I suppose it was a third ticket). If this is the case then their system is a mess as it shouldn't have given us an option to add on the campervan ticket!!
