Any private coaches heading from Glasgow?

As the title says. Looking for any private coaches going from Glasgow and with space for 7 people.

Not heard back from the Rainbow Bus so I don't think it is on this year

I have heard nothing from anyone regarding a private bus from glasgow however if there are 7 of you and there is also two of us I would be up for trying to hire a minibus and driver to take us down and back? If you are interested at all in this or have had any joy elsewhere drop me a line.

Hey, has anyone actually heard of any private coaches going down! There are 2 of us going to Glastonbury and we don't want to fork out for the expensive fares on the train?

Hi Louise,

The Bus leaving glasgow at 11pm on Tuesday getting into glasto at 10.45 is £95 per person that is for the Return journey leaving again on Monday morning.

I was looking to get down slightly earlier than that though as traffic will prob be murder after 10am.

I have looked at trains to Castle Cary as well however these are more expensive than bus.

I have heard nothing of any private coaches unfortunately, nor do I know of enough ppl going from Glasgow to arrange a private bus.

Ok, thanks anyway! I looked at the national Express, was just hoping someone was running a coach and that it might be cheaper! Guess we will just have to do that.

Hi, that was our initial plan but we only had 1 driver with the appropriate license so it wasn't fair to ask him to do all the driving. We're now just going down in cars

Never heard anything about private buses when I was searching other than "we're full"
