It says in Q review that U2 won't be back next year and that the Headliners will be 2 returning bands and 1 Women who has been before but never headlined. Let the guessing begin!

The 4 I can think of are...
Kylie
Amy Winehouse
Florence
Lady GaGa
or long shots
Beyonce
Lilly Allen

Not that it matters as I'll be going no matter whos playing!

Probably because most people hadn't been onsite long enough to get drunk. If the match had been on Thursday, it would have been a completely different scenario.

I reckon Coldplay and Radiohead are possibilities.

Guess it depends what you're used to, and where you've travelled from. I can't speak to the fizzy stuff in the big bars, but the cask ale and the good cider was less than we'd pay in Edinburgh.

One of the bars even had a decent cask ale on at £3/pint - now if only I could remember which one (I know they didn't mind me putting almost four pints in a plastic bottle to take away)....

Actually, I'm surprised by how much less I seem to have spent than last year - maybe the heat killed my appetite, but I'd have expected to have drunk more to compensate.

It wasn't much more expensive than most pubs around here, and in some cases, it was cheaper.

Blimey! I don't know where all you rich folks drink but in the West Country, £3.70 for a pint is getting on for £1 over normal pub prices.

In our village we have a village hall club and a pub. I would expect to pay about £2.40 in the club and £3.00 in the pub, for real ale. I don't buy fizzy stuff so I don't know what they charge.
